When people I meet for the first time ask me what I do, my answer is "I teach people to master their most precious resource, their personal energy." Immediately they want to know more! I tell them it is important to be living energetically aware and then the most amazing conversations begin.
My heartfelt drive is to bring the concept of living energetically aware to as many people worldwide as possible. All of the modalities I have created and taught, including Reflections and the classic EMF Balancing Technique®, increase our abilities to live in energetic awareness and open us to the ultimate reality that everything is energy. My drive is increasing passionately to bring awareness to the reality that everything is energy. It is my observation that a great number of people in this world are now ready and willing to experience and interact in new and greater levels of living energetically aware … they are ready for a quantum leap of consciousness … and so am I!
If you would like to join me in this worldwide wave of awakening to what it means to live energetically aware, I invite you to participate in one or both of the Reflections Facilitator and Reflections Teacher trainings online. Reflections are designed to complement any modality you may already be practicing.

In the Reflections Facilitator training you will:
- Learn to give a Reflections Session to a friend, family member, client, or yourself!
- Learn how to present the session in ordinary language in a variety of ways for different levels of awareness clients can grow with and integrate into their lives
- Learn how to give a Reflections session to one who is just beginning to awaken
- Learn how to give a Reflections session to those actively practicing their mastery
- Be able to offer sessions beyond the new age and into mainstream
- Receive a step by step facilitator manual
- Have free access to an online Facebook support group
- Give and receive sessions with a partner from the support group
- Receive a video recording of the training
