Warm heart to heart holiday hugs and gratitude for your being here in this time of exciting change! I am smiling from deep within my being as I remember the 12-week Innate Intelligence Journey we co-created together in 2017. I thank you very much for your participation and contribution during our profound journey. I know how dedicated you and all the other co-creators are who take part in the evolution of consciousness, personally and collectively. I am also smiling and happy to announce the Innate Intelligence in Daily Life - Tuning the Templates of New Balance Facilitator/Teacher Training is now ready and will be presented live online in eight 2-hour segments. The Templates of New Balance are a strong structure of light and energy to support us as we open to more of who we are energetically.

Many people in this world are more spiritually mature and ready to live life in the flow of Innate Intelligence. As one enters the process of developing new expressions of self, a new sense of identity is shaped. Now is a time to rebuild. New teaching module “36 Octahedrons of Light – An Introduction to Innate Intelligence in Daily Life - Tuning the Templates of New Balance”
In this introductory course the student will learn about the 36 Octahedrons.
Segment 1: Evolutionary Foundations (Parts 1- 4)
We are still in the energy flow of making decisions and determining the foundations of our next levels of evolution. This state of energy flow is filled with information of what it means to be awake and aware, here and now.
If you have read this far you have chosen to know and become more of who you are. You have chosen to be awake to the depth of what is possible in your reality. The Evolutionary Human is courageously awake and aware!
The 36 octahedron templates of light and energy are patterns of energetic coherence designed to support the next steps of becoming who you truly are. The energy radiating from 2 four-sided pyramids joined together at the base represents the foundations for manifesting “as above so below” in the new energy.
Peace filled empowerment is a key to transformation of ourselves and our world!
Part 1: My Awakened Mind Tuned to My Heart Centered Intelligence
Octahedron #1
The new activations for this template of light and energy co-created during our Phoenix Inspiration and Insights energy session will open a flow of wisdom and love in the resonance of the number 44. This new energy flow of wisdom and love sets a foundation for the next level of mastery that is possible for you and many more of our family of humanity. In this session, you agree to increase the energies of balance and commitment in the evolutionary expression of your intellect and intuition. Together, we will affirm in our collective experience “I Am Awake and Aware!”
Part 2: Tuning My Innate Senses of Self Support and Self Direction

Segment 2: Masters in Practice (Parts 5-8)
There is so much more to you than you know or see; there is so much more in the collective than we know or see. As a Master in Practice you choose to expand your knowledge and increase your sight. You continue to learn and grow in an upward spiral of evolving patterns and new energetic perspectives. While asking how, who, and what do you serve, this Phoenix Inspiration and Insights energy session will focus on the alchemy of heart centered presence for living energetically aware and being in service.
Part 6: My Innate Intelligence Tuned to Infinite Compassion

Give new form to co-creating your mission in life and new ways of living your dream. As a Master in Practice you continue to evolve and, in the balance of giving and receiving, your energy of compassion increases exponentially. Part 7: My Innate Intelligence Tuned to Infinite Presence

You are invited to be fully present, moment to moment in now time, as much as you can possibly be. This Phoenix Inspiration and Insights energy session will focus on the magic of full presence and completeness, while beginning anew at the same time. You are magically multidimensional!
Part 8: My Innate Intelligence Tuned to Infinite Wisdom

Higher Power anyone? You will consciously merge and tune the energies of 144 points of light within your brain with the energy of your Innate Intelligence. The resonance of the master frequency of 44 and the practical application of this energy is the focus of this Phoenix Inspiration and Insights energy session. New wisdom equals new ways of Being, and that is good for all of us!
Segment 3: Freedom in the Energy of Love (Parts 9-12)
When your energy patterns interface or mix with the energy patterns of others, it is often referred to as entanglement. Sometimes we smile, sometimes we do not smile, when we meet one another. However, within these patterns of entanglement we have the grand opportunity to meet ourselves in many new ways. The energy patterns we co-create in this last part of the series will generate a new sense of your personal power to live and play in the energies of entanglement, with greater freedom and more smiles. Part 9: I AM a Universal Human Tuned in My Innate Intelligence

Part 10: I AM Innate Intelligence as Mother/Father Archetype

Look at the numerology of the octahedrons: #13 reduces to 4 - representing unique foundations - and #20 reduces to 2 - representing empowered compassion. Your foundations of life transform when you recognize the archetypes of mother and father contained within. TEACHING GUIDELINES
It is my intent you will enjoy teaching this course, Innate Intelligence in Daily Life … Phoenix Style! Tuning the Templates of New Balance with the best possible outcome in any teaching situation. Each of the 12 parts includes how to facilitate a Phoenix Inspiration and Insight energy activation with the template/s of focus. These activations are how the Tuning the Templates of New Balance energy session is given by the facilitator.
Your student may take this course for personal growth or to become a certified facilitator. Whether you are teaching one person or a group, here are our current recommendations and guidelines:
New teaching module “36 Octahedrons of Light – An Introduction to Innate Intelligence in Daily Life - Tuning the Templates of New Balance” – Present this course prior to Part 1.
You may offer/price the training as a complete package containing the new introductory module + Parts 1-12 in sequence. Prices to be determined during the training with Peggy. Pricing may vary from country to country. You have a say!
You may offer/price the training one part at a time, in sequence.
You may offer/price the training in 3 Segments in or out of sequence (each segment contains 4 parts). New teaching module “36 Octahedrons of Light - An Introduction to the iPhoenix body of work” is a pre-requisite for any student taking the training out of sequence.

- EEI will issue a Certificate of Course Completion to your students at no cost to you or your students. As a teacher, please submit to EEI names and email addresses of all students.
Facilitator Certification Details for students that you teach
- Facilitate 8 Tuning the Templates of New Balance sessions
- Participate in a one hour discussion with a member of our review panel (live online or in person) to report what was experienced and learned in those 8 sessions
- Facilitator Certification fee $88.00, payable by your student to EEI
- Upon completion of requirements, your student will receive Facilitator Certificate from EEI and a free one year listing on the new website
